We build tools that make everyday paperwork simpler: a clear questionnaire instead of a blank page, and PDF tools that work without extra software.

Legal document templates, organized by document type. You can create bills of sale, lease agreements, rental agreements, powers of attorney, and quitclaim deeds. Some documents are available in state versions for California, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Utah.

Online PDF tools that let you edit, convert, compress, and sign PDF files directly in your browser.

Each template is a guided questionnaire. You answer questions about your situation, and your answers fill in the document as you go.

The finished document includes only the sections that match your answers. For example, a power of attorney lists only the powers you choose to grant.
